Organ harvesting is a multi-billion dollar industry. Organ procurement companies profit abundantly from people’s organs, while neither the patient nor the family sees a single dime.

In 2023, a federal bi-partisan bill was signed into law to increase taxpayer funding toward organ procurement organizations and to create greater ease and increase access to people’s organs. Fast forward to July of 2025, HHS Secretary Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. oversaw an investigation into the organ procurement business and found concerning evidence involving unethical practices.

As advocates of the pro-life movement, from fertilization to natural death, this site was developed to:

1) provide information from numerous sources (including original documentation) collected over several years of in-depth research into this topic,

2) to share case evidence providing reason for the necessity in exposing the nefarious practices lurking behind the organ donation industry,

3) to compare and understand true death vs brain death, and recognizing the connection between brain death and organ harvesting,

4) to expose the nearly 60-year history involving a group of doctors (after performing a failed, illegal experiment in New York on two infants) who gathered together to form an ad hoc committee at Harvard to publish an article in a prestigious medical journal (JAMA, 1968) using skillfully manipulative language to ultimately find a legal way to obtain organs from people who were still alive (covert euthanasia), which is a legal practice still in use today.

5) to protect yourself and your loved ones from premature death in the event of an accident, et cetera, and how we share several cases in which people awoke after being declared brain dead just before having their bodies cut open to remove their organs (see the case with TJ Hoover of Kentucky and Zach Dunlap of Oklahoma, et al) after being declared brain dead.

6) to inform you about safer ways to be a donor through tissue donation since tissue donation may come from a body after true death occurres

7) to understand how to remove yourself and/or not be on the donor list and instead share your wishes to be a tissue donor with your next of kin to ensure you avoid being targeted for your organs without your consent,

8) to include links on current laws around the nation and how to contact your local legislators to create change
